What we collect via forms
When you submit an estimate or contact request, we may process:
- company name, your name, role;
- email and phone (if provided);
- task description, sources, volume, formats, timeline;
- confidentiality preferences;
- technical metadata (IP address, timestamp) for security and spam prevention.

- Responding to your request and preparing a proposal (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).

Retention
Enquiry data is retained as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymized unless a contract requires longer retention.

Hosting and form/email providers may process data as subprocessors. A current list can be provided on request and will be reflected in the DPA where personal data is processed for clients.
