Is web scraping legal?
It depends on jurisdiction, source terms, technical access controls and the nature of the data. We work with lawfully accessible sources and/or client-provided data, and we do not bypass protections. Legal review of sources is part of scoping when needed.
Who owns the deliverables / data?
Ownership is defined in the Statement of Work and related acts. Where agreed, we execute an IP transfer act for deliverables upon acceptance and payment terms.
How does acceptance work?
The SOW defines acceptance criteria and a review window. After review (or silent acceptance if agreed), we issue an acceptance certificate and close the milestone.
Can you delete data after delivery?
Yes — retention and deletion are defined per project. After close-out we can delete working copies on request, subject to legal/accounting retention needs.
How do you ensure data quality?
Quality rules are agreed upfront: validation, deduplication, sampling and error thresholds. QA results are included with delivery.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before exchanging sensitive materials or credentials for client-owned sources.
What output formats do you support?
Common formats: CSV, JSON, API feeds and database exports. Format is fixed in the SOW.
